303 Local Music is a free community calendar and information resource for live music events in the Denver metro area. Our service includes:
- A searchable calendar of upcoming live music shows

- The ability to submit show information for inclusion in our calendar
- Links to venue websites, band pages, and ticketing platforms
We are a passion project run for the benefit of the local music community. We do not sell tickets, book shows, or operate venues.
3. Use of the Site

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use.
3.2 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate 303 Local Music, our employees, another user, or any other person or entity

3.3 Community Guidelines
We built 303 Local Music to support the local music community with good vibes and accurate information. When submitting show information or using our Site, please:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respect the rights of artists, venues, and other users
- Focus on supporting local music and community engagement
- Report errors or issues constructively
4. User Submissions
4.1 Show Submissions and Content
When you submit information through our forms (such as show submissions or error reports), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that information in connection with operating and promoting the Site.
4.2 Representations and Warranties
By submitting information to our Site, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to submit the information
- The information is accurate and not misleading
- The information does not violate any third-party rights (including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights)
- The information does not contain defamatory, offensive, or illegal content

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to review, edit, or remove any user submissions at our sole discretion. We may decline to publish any submission for any reason, including if we believe it violates these Terms or is inaccurate.
4.4 Removal of Content
If you submit content and later wish to have it removed, please contact us using the information in Section 14. We will make reasonable efforts to remove the content, but we cannot guarantee immediate removal or that the content has not been archived or redistributed by third parties.
5. Intellectual Property and Content
5.1 Our Content
The design, layout, and original content of the Site are created and maintained by 303 Local Music. While we retain basic rights to our original work, we're a community passion project, not a commercial enterprise.
5.2 Third-Party Content
Most content on our Site relates to third parties, including:
- Band/Artist Information: Names, photos, social media links, and performance details belong to the respective artists and bands
- Venue Information: Venue names, logos, addresses, and websites belong to the respective venue owners
- Event Details: Show information is compiled from public sources and user submissions

We make no claim of ownership over any band names, venue names, logos, or other third-party content featured on the Site. All rights remain with the original owners. If you are a rights holder and want content removed, please contact us.

We believe our use of band names, venue names, and event information constitutes fair use for the purpose of providing factual information and promoting local music events. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or claiming to represent any of the bands, venues, or organizations mentioned on our Site unless explicitly stated.

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 303 LOCAL MUSIC, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR:
- ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE
- ANY DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE
- ANY DAMAGE ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE
- ANY DAMAGE ARISING FROM ATTENDING OR NOT ATTENDING ANY EVENT LISTED ON THE SITE
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00 USD).

10. Termination

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2 Informal Resolution
If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us using the information in Section 14.
11.3 Jurisdiction and Venue
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Denver County, Colorado, and you hereby irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
11.4 No Class Actions
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Your continued use of the Site after we post any modifications to these Terms will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Terms.

13. Miscellaneous
13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 303 Local Music regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

13.5 No Agency
No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between you and 303 Local Music as a result of these Terms or your use of the Site.
